Current website setup
Flatfell's own website code does not install advertising cookies, marketing pixels or an audience-analytics service. The website fonts and artwork are hosted with the website. This does not mean that browsing creates no technical records: hosting and security providers handle connection and request information, and may set security cookies.
An audit on 30 October 2026 in a fresh anonymous Chrome session observed the Cloudflare cookies listed below. It found no Flatfell localStorage or sessionStorage entries. This is a record of the observed setup, not a guarantee that every browser or provider response will be identical.

Cloudflare describes these cookies as supporting security and bot protection. Their values are managed by that service. Cookie duration and behaviour can change with the hosting provider's configuration; the periods below record the audit rather than a promise about every visit.
Google enquiry delivery
Opening the questionnaire does not itself open the Google delivery frame. The website opens that connection when you choose Send enquiry. Google Apps Script and its supporting resources then process the requested delivery. In the separate audit of the public frame without an enquiry payload, resources were requested from Google domains including script.google.com, googleusercontent.com, gstatic.com and Google's technical font and security endpoints.
That anonymous audit did not observe an additional Google cookie, but behaviour may differ with browser settings or an existing Google session. The service is not loaded on ordinary page visits merely to display a form. If you prefer, the enquiry review offers an alternative that prepares a message in your own email app.
Browser controls
You can inspect or delete cookies and site data using your browser's privacy settings. Restricting essential security or delivery resources can affect access or direct enquiry delivery. The manual email alternative remains available if the browser or provider prevents direct sending.
No blanket Accept cookies button has been added to authorise tracking that this site does not use. If optional analytics, advertising or other non-essential storage is added, its information and consent arrangements must be addressed before activation. A service provider's own description of a cookie does not remove the need to assess its actual purpose.
