Purpose of this website
Flatfell presents technical apparel development services: pattern making and grading, 3D apparel design, technical documentation, Sample Follow-Up & QC and Production Support. The website is intended to help people and businesses describe a project and request a proposal.
Sending an enquiry, receiving an automated delivery reference or viewing a service page does not book work, accept a quote or create a paid service contract. Availability, scope and fees are confirmed separately.
Project scope and approval
A project proposal should identify the agreed deliverables, base size and size range where relevant, file formats, review rounds, responsibilities, schedule, fees and payment terms. Changes to the brief or additional work need to be agreed before proceeding.
The sample maker or manufacturer carries out physical sampling, production and the corrections assigned to it. Any Flatfell review, coordination or factory visit is limited to the scope expressly contracted. The client contracts and pays suppliers, materials and production directly unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Illustrations and technical information
Images and studies identified as illustrative examples demonstrate a presentation or development concept. They are not validated production patterns, manufacturing specifications, inspection certificates or evidence of work for a particular client.
Product decisions and manufacturing files require the checks and validation agreed for the actual garment, materials and intended use. General website content does not replace a project-specific technical assessment.
Content and intellectual property
Website texts, graphics and other material are protected by the rights of Flatfell or their respective owners. Viewing the site or sharing a link does not grant a licence to reproduce its material commercially, use its branding or manufacture from its illustrative examples. Uses permitted by applicable law remain available.
Submitting an enquiry does not transfer ownership of your designs or grant permission to publish them in a portfolio. Please share only information that you are entitled to disclose. The initial questionnaire does not require uploads, confidential design files or sensitive personal information; confidentiality and file exchange can be addressed in the project agreement.
Website availability and external services
Reasonable care is taken with the information and operation of this website. Content may be updated and technical interruptions can occur. If the enquiry tool cannot confirm delivery, the site offers a manual email alternative.
External websites have their own information and policies. Project responsibilities and any agreed limitations belong in the written contract. Nothing on this page excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts mandatory rights.
